Program Associate
Job Overview
The Program Associate plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day implementation of skill development training programs. This entry-level position focuses on coordination, data management, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth center operations and successful trainee outcomes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Program Coordination
- Assist in organizing training schedules, logistics, and material distribution.
- Coordinate with trainers and support staff to ensure sessions start on time.
- Ensure availability of training kits and consumables.
Data Management & MIS
- Maintain accurate trainee databases and daily attendance records.
- Assist in preparing regular reports and MIS data entry.
- Ensure proper documentation of candidate files.
Mobilization Support
- Support the mobilization team in outreach activities and camps.
- Assist in candidate screening, counseling, and enrollment processes.
- Follow up with candidates during the mobilization phase.
Administrative Operations
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain files.
- Ensure center hygiene, safety, and discipline are maintained.
- Assist the Center Head in audit preparations and other operational tasks.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience (Freshers with a passion for social impact are encouraged to apply).
- Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and good organizational skills.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills in local language and basic English.
- Travel: Willingness to travel locally for mobilization and field visits.
